June BEC Meeting – Respect in the Workplace

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, June 11, 8:00–9:30 AM for our regularly scheduled Business Education Compact (BEC) meeting, where we will explore the critical role that respect in the workplace plays in workforce retention. This session supports the Goal 3 (Retain Alaskans and Attract New Alaskans) outlined in Alaska’s Workforce Future, our statewide workforce development plan, by advancing employer practices that foster healthy, supportive workplaces—key to retaining Alaska-grown talent and building resilient career pathways.
